I called to get pricing information on a vehicle, and the salesman accused me of being a "secret shopper," whatever that means. He also claimed he had never heard of a "doc fee" before, insisting it's typically included in the vehicle price. Only when I mentioned his own dealership's doc fee did he acknowledge it. He also refused to provide the out-the-door pricing. Overall, a very shady and questionable experience.

I bought a car from Ramon at Bob Tyler Toyota and he was amazing! I went on the lot looking for a RAV4 but had to think about it. I messaged Ramon that night. I have been having a problem with my Highlander intermittently being hard to start and cutting off so I took it to O'Reilly's Auto Parts, where we had received a battery replacement that was the most expensive they sold, over $300. Had my 2008 Prius serviced at Bob Tyler Toyota. In the process of repairing an issue which required the removal of the dashboard, they broke a vent. They admitted to causing the damage but refused to repair the damage unless I paid for the repairs. I was quoted approximately $300.00 to fix the damage their technician caused. BOB TYLER TOYOTA sends you emails "bait and switch" style. Once you get to the store they give you many excuses on why that deal would be impossible for them to do, and yet they send them with very clear numbers on down payment and monthly payments. The email clearly states what is included and what is excluded from the ad in the disclaimer. I asked them to add fees and taxes (the excluded items from the email) and they weren't able to provide that.

Service may be fair but the fact that they let my partner sit for over an hour to wait for a shuttle along with 10 other customers while the shuttle took the BOSS to the airport is unacceptable! Returned my brother’s 2020 Camry with 800 miles due to terminal brain cancer. He traded his 2029 Hilander for it. The dealer barely gave my brother’s wife payoff, for it, even though the trade in price at Kelly Blue Book was at least $2,000 more. They took advantage of his awful situation, first when he made his trade and a horrible deal and then again when we took it back. They are all about making the most hey can. Totally about profits. I went to Bob Tyler Toyota today for a oil change. When I got there I told the guy that I got a flyer for a 49.99 oil change, he said that is the standard price for synthetic oil. I said, great I don't have to get the flyer out of my car then. Fast forward to picking my car up, the same guy said the oil change was less because we didn't use synthetic oil. Horrible 2hr job 3 days. Didnt have to order parts. Manager Bruce and tech jacob both put unsafe vehicle back on road. No quality control done on vehicle or both tech and quality control both missed servicing. I would expect the best at toyota but paid for shade tree mechanic. And even worse management. Disorganized, couldn’t find my vehicle in the computer, couldn’t find my vehicle on the lot for 45 minutes. Could not reach service advisor, device manager did not return call, vehicle was not ready on time over 1.5 hours late. Service did not care. Don’t do business here.
