The 2024 RAV4 Prime offers a 98.9 cubic foot passenger cabin, with seating for five occupants across two rows. The SE trim has fabric seats and soft-touch materials on the dashboard and armrests. It also has red stitching on the dashboard and seats.
The XSE trim comes with Toyota’s Softex® trimmed seats and adds black anti-slip in-dash storage trays with blue ambient lighting, plus an auto-dimming rear-view mirror.
All trims of the 2024 RAV4 Prime have a passenger-side lockable glove box, as well as four cup holders and four bottle holders. A power tilt-and-slide moonroof is optional, as is an overhead console with map lights and sunglass storage.

The 2024 RAV4 Prime comes with a powerful hybrid powertrain capable of generating 302 horsepower. The powertrain consists of a 2.5-liter naturally aspirated 4-cylinder engine plus two electric motors. An electronically-controlled CVT gearbox is used to manage power transfer to all four wheels.
The 2024 RAV4 Prime range comes with a drive mode selector. Modes on offer include Sport, Eco, Normal, EV, HV, Auto, Charge, and Trail. Toyota claims a full charge can take just 2.5 hours when using a 240-volt 32-ampere outlet.
The 2024 RAV4 Prime can also recuperate energy via regenerative braking. This enables the battery pack to be charged on deceleration and reduces wear on the vehicle’s disc brakes.
